Pee & Poo Patterns App

As a pelvic floor physical therapist, so much of my clinical work revolves around understanding my patients' bathroom habits. My original inspiration for developing this app was to provide an easier way of keeping a "bladder diary" for my patients with Interstitial Cystitis, Overactive Bladder Syndrome and Chronic UTIs. I often ask my patients to keep track of how often they go, how intense their urges are and even how long (in seconds) their urinary streams are!

One day, one of my patients gave me the idea to create an app because the amount of things I was asking them to track was…well, a lot! That conversation sparked this project.

I also included a bowel tracking component, because poop is also equally as important!! My hope is that this app helps you tune in to your body, spot meaningful trends, and feel more empowered in your health journey.

Pee & Poo Patterns ("the App") is a personal health tracking application designed to help individuals monitor bladder and bowel habits. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

  • Symptom and incontinence records

  • Hydration and supplement notes

  • Mood and flare level check-ins

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features to you:

  • Displaying your logs in the Journal

  • Generating trends in the Patterns view

  • Exporting your diary to share with your healthcare provider

We do not use your data for analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the app experience to you.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking libraries.

The App is built on the Base44 platform, which provides secure cloud infrastructure for user authentication and data storage. Base44 does not sell or share user data with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your health data is stored in a secure cloud database associated with your account. Access is protected by authentication. Only you can view your data.

Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from:

Settings → Delete Account

This action is immediate and irreversible.

Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
